The hotel was new and visual very pleasant. Room has an efficient layout and everything was working fine. There is a great, however expensive, underground parking with direct access to your room. The incheck procedure is almost fully automated and the lobby lively with lots of plants which continue in their pretty restaurant.

Honestly everything: great and modern furniture, all the facilities possibly needed during a staycation, location of the apartment. But mainly support we received from everyone! No matter anything happened during our stay (and when I mean happened, I’m talking about questions and issues happened because of OUR poor preparation/planning) - all the staff was there to help us. Had a lovely time in Vienna. The apartment is perfectly located - between two metro stations. It’s situated by a beautiful bridge, where you can take evening walks. Close to a shopping center and a restaurant district. There’s a grocery store nearby. The apartment itself is very comfortable and clean, decorated stylishly. The sleeping area is cozy, and the pull-out sofa had an extra mattress that made it feel like a real bed. In front of the building, there’s a vending machine with coffee capsules, snacks, drinks for everyone, and something for adults as well. Excellent communication with the owner. Rating 11/10!!!
