After a long day at Grafton jacaranda festival with the pipe band, the hot tub was a lovely relaxing way to end the day, rooms were quiet, some nice breakfast crockery and cutlery. Rooms were spacious, clean.

Location was great and we had a great view of the river. We had breakfast in Town although you could have your own meals in house. Would stay here again. Loved it.

Property was immaculate, communication friendly, clear and prompt. Comfortable bed, recliner lounge and an all round welcoming space. Well equipped kitchen with breakfast supplies and fresh fruit was a lovely gesture. Is a separate unit although part of main house, has own private entrance and off road parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend.

    Very clean. Great comfortable bed and a great shower. These are the three basic criteria that I require at any motel, and they exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I asked if they had a toaster and was immediately provided with one. The updated bathroom was great. The motel is very close to the Motorway, so it is ideal when travelling from Sydney to Brisbane. Very quiet location.

    The rooms are small and basic but the bed is very comfy the bathroom spotless theres air con a fridge crockery cutlery and a microwave a comfy armchair table and chairs plus a choice of outdoor seating overlooking the Clarence River. . The staff very helpful and pleasant. The location great for exploring Grafton, Yamba and Iluka area and just a short drive in off the highway if youre overnighting. Shops cafes and pubs nearby.
