Amazing experience! The place is excellent. It is sparkling clean, modern, and has all the amenities even for a longer stay. It has an equipped kitchen with a fridge, kettle, and stove, dishes, pots, cutlery, iron, ironing board, hair drier were there as well, extra towels and duvets. Tea, coffee, and some basic cooking ingredients were provided. The place is 5 minutes from the old city and still very peaceful. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The manager, Lejla, was incredibly welcoming; she assisted us with booking trips, finding places around the city, and suggested the best restaurants – an amazing experience! She was available on viber/whatsapp and responded in minutes. Thank you again, Lejla! And the town is a true gem. We are definitely looking forward to coming again to Sarajevo and will definitely stay in the same place. 100% recommended! A+++

Very nice hotel. The staff were very helpful and offered high-quality service. The breakfast was very nice and the quality of the amenities was also excellent. The location is in the new part of the city and conveniently located near the train station, malls and other shops.

Staff was very helpful accommodating my stay after my flight was diverted back to the destination due to bad weather. Pick up from and to the airport was really helpful. Location of the hotel is great, right across from the old town with access to most of the sights. Breakfast was really good with plenty of choices. Room was spacious with good temperature control despite being snowing outside.
