We loved every second of the stay at this hotel. The staff was amazing, professional and caring. Awesome food. Lovely waiting staff. Exceptionally clean room. We even got a complimentary upgrade when we mentioned the stay was a part of our honeymoon! Great gym and swimming pool on the roof.

Staying at Radiance Residence was a delightful experience! From the warm welcome to the impeccable service, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was beautifully maintained, with free cleaning services that kept it spotless throughout my stay. It was fully stocked with essential toiletries, making it feel like a home away from home. I was especially impressed by the thoughtful touches, like the welcome snacks and a well-stocked tea/coffee corner, which made me feel instantly at ease. The stay was very comfortable. I loved the rooms, they were clean, had comfortable beds. The reception desk was very helpful. Their breakfast buffet is excellent! their restaurant manager is very professional and caring, the staff will personally look after your comfort. They also made chai for me every day. The food, apart from the buffet, is also excellent. Their taste and portion sizes are really good. They also have 24 hours room service so food is available all the time hence they do not allow outside food. The location is very convenient as its right opposite karwan bazaar metro, CNGs or autos, rickshaws, and cabs are easily available from there. the only draw back is that there is come construction going on... and hence cabs will not enter into the lane, but you can easily walk to the hotel via the lane. You can use star kababs as location and then take the lane next to Hero Honda show room. They are also very close to Basundhara city Mall.

    Very clean - Super nice staff - Many restaurants & cafés are within 200m walking distance - Super convenient location - if you want to go to old dhaka, the metro is a 5 min drive away & only takes 40 min by metro to go there & hostel is only 10 min drive away from the airport

    excellent hotel in the centre of dhaka with very friendly staff. The room was very clean, with running hot water, and a hard comfy bed. The common parts are spotless, with care even taken to keep the corners clean, so well done to the cleaning team! Overall, one of the best 3 star hotels I’ve stayed in, offering great value for money. The location is great if you have work commitments in old dhaka.
