What a lovely family run hotel right in the heart of Ypres and yet quiet and cozy. Our room was comfortable, the host so helpful. We needed to park our car and wondered where we could park. He allowed us to park over his own garage entrance, so we were right outside the hotel. Breakfast was excellent and more than adequate. I would have happily stayed longer here. Highly recommended.

The fact that this is more than just a place to stay while we visited Ypres was such a wonderful surprise . From the moment we arrived the attention to our comfort was paramount for Sofie. Both she and her husband had time to talk and gave wonderful suggestions for places to visit and to eat out. The room was delightful and so comfortable with every little extra available , such as toiletries and lovely clean towels every day. Outside of the room the quirky breakfast area was fantastic and the presentation each morning was a delight, the area also provided coffee, tea and hot chocolate whenever we wanted. The decoration of the house was so creative and the Christmas atmosphere made everything twice as pretty. My husband and I will certainly return to this unique and happy accommodation any time we visit Ypres.

We loved our stay and the whole experience at Gite Saint Georges. The place we stayed in was situated above the stables and we could see the horses and the students learning horse riding. Virginie was super nice and very helpful and she even organised a pony ride for our son. We had amazing time and we will be definitely back!
