Really nicely decorated, very clean and large rooms, indistinguishable from quality hotels, with comfortable beds and a fan for warm summer nights. Friendly host, nice basic local breakfast. Calm location, yet only a few kilometers from a major highway, so it's fairly easy to get to by car. Back yard to our use, to for example eat or relax in in the evening. The host provided an extension cable for charging an hybrid vehicle on request, which was a nice bonus.

Apartment was really modern, absolutely huge and very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with an array of cookware, crockery, cutlery and an impressive selection of beer glasses. The senseo coffee machine was a god-send on a morning. Loads of power outlets including by the beds. Comfortable living area and TV with lots of channels (including some English). Shower very spacious, hot and powerful. Access to the apartment via the lift was very easy. Picking up the keys via the electronic opening garage was very easy. Be aware however that the small shop next door does not accept Mastercard or VISA (common in small businesses in Belgium) and only accepts cash or Bancontact. However there is a Delhaize supermarket less than 5 minutes walk away which is extremely well stocked & accepts all payments. Apartment is literally across the street from Zele railway station which offers connections to Brussels in less than an hour. The balcony was lovely to go out on with a beer in the sun & I loved the quirkiness of the eponymous Red Rabbit that adorns the balcony as well.

We loved this B&B. The room was spacious, clean, modern and very comfortable. The breakfast was lovely and brought up to the room. A bonus to have a coffee machine in the room. We simply loved our stay and hope we can return and then we will make sure to make a reservation for the restaurant as well.

Extremely cosy, everything was super clean and well taken care of. The deluxe room had everything you might need and the huge bath tub was a welcome surprise after a long day of walking. The parking is right in front of the apartments. The property is in a really quiet neighbourhood. All of this makes up for a perfect holiday stay. We would love to be back!

    This was so perfect in every respect. Location. Ambiance. Welcome. We spent five nights here during a very hot spell. We were glad to return to the tranquillity each evening. Hosts are very attentive but never intrusive. Felt when we left that we had arrived as guests and left as friends

    In Carpe Diem we loved everything. The place is huge, a lot of space. Kitchen is really fully stocked. Whole place is very clean and well maintained. Parking space is available in front of the building. Location is perfect near to market, bakery, shops, train station. Host is very thoughtful. Apart from kitchen there are tea kettles in rooms additionally as well.
