The stay was impeccable: the room is comfortable, not very large but more than enough for two people, hosts are caring and welcoming, a nice breakfast was included, even the one dpecially adjusted for Easter. All warm Easter surprises for guest were so moving!!! The garden is an extra pleasure. Good value for money! Location is good, only 5 min walk to lago di Lugano . Much gratitude to Daniela and her husband for a perfect stay!

I loved the apartment for its cleanliness and comfort with all the essential appliances. The location of the apartment is an advantage as it's close to all restaurants, bus stops and major places in town. The landlord was very caring and helpful; he assisted me via WhatsApp to find anything I needed and answered any questions I had. Thanks for the hospitality! I enjoyed my stay in this apartment and would rent it again if I ever visit Lugano in the future.

This place is fantastic! It's exceptionally clean and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind—our room was ready early, which was perfect since we arrived feeling unwell. They really went above and beyond, even without us asking. This was our second trip to Lugano, but our first time staying here, and it was by far the best B&B with a smooth checkout.

The location and the facilities are great. The apartment is full of items such as cooking equipments, spices, coffe capsules. She provide shampoos, body cream, shower gel and etc of good brands. The host of the hotel is so kind that she came to pick us up from the station to guide us with an easier way to get to the apartment at 10pm on a Friday night! (we want to go on slopes, not on steps as we came with big luggages on train) She is a very considerate we really appreciate that.

Absolutely wonderful place and location, very quiet. Beautiful garden area with spectacular views towards the city. Additionally the dinner at the Ar Convént B&B was very delicious three course meal with very reasonable price, we can definitely recommend. All in all very enjoyable stay and I hope to come back soon.

    Regina is very kind and welcoming, location is great, breakfast was very good, the room and bed was very comfortable for the parents (less comfortable for the 3rd person in the room). Late check in is possible, until 9pm, and that is also an advantage, and self check-in is possible even later than 9pm but fortunately I didn't have to use it. Private parking is very convenient, though isn't for free (costs 15 CHF).

    Very nicely renovated house with all the amenities you need. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, everything spotlessly clean. Owner was incredibly friendly. Good breakfast. There is a parking space in the back of the house.

    Charming stay in a pitoresque swiss-italian village. Location is central (4 min walk away from the train station) and the surroundings are very authentic and charming. The stay offers continental breakfast and private parking (additional cost). The building is equipped with an elevator (very handy when carrying luggage). At breakfast, you will be served tasty coffee made on the spot at a barista-level espresso machine. Be sure to profit from your included Ticino transport pass!
