We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay at Gilbert's place! The apartment was immaculate and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. amazing apartment (and its huge :) ) in the center of Visp - super easy to get to the train station and the plants of Lonza/Arxada. It's beautifully furnished and very convenient. This homestay is in a very good location, close to the train station and within walking distance. There are also supermarkets nearby, making life very convenient.
