The hotel felt new and was very clean. The staff at both check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful. The attendant at check-in let me know that parking in the street was free and where to go. The free breakfast was the best one on my 10-day trip (just stayed here 1 night). My favorite part was when I returned the electrical adapter (as I had left mine at home), I asked if the hotel sold them since it designed for all European and US/AUS connections and the attendant let me have it free of charge. That alone made me a customer of Mercure in the future.

The room or mini apartment was spacious, around 30-35 sqm, the staff was super friendly and helpful. I really liked the interior design as well. It was beyond expectations, it is about 15 minutes walk from the central station. Wifi worked well. I highly recommend even for couples. I will definitely return.

    Great location in centre of Biel. Volunteer staff who are resident there are very friendly & helpful. Bedoom & bathroom very clean & well serviced. Bed mattress is very hard so not comfortable. Breakfast you prepare yourself & all the provisions were good.
