Excellent communication prior to arrival informing me of directions to get there and info about the Interlaken guest card they provide us with. Excellent facilities (big, well-equiped kitchen, plenty of lockers for storage, delicious breakfast, toilet in bedroom). Staff were all friendly and had good knowledge on things to do in the area. They seemed to have good systems in place for check in. Good location situated between the East and West train stations. Highly recommend!

I travel with my parents. We book a triple room with 2 nights. The room is on second floor with a breathtaking view. It has balcony so you can spend some time on chilling. The room is very spacious with beautiful furniture. We have our own bathroom in this room. Everything is very clean and perfect. The bathroom has hair dryer, towels. They give us some chocolate for welcoming. The room is cleaned daily. The hotel provides us a space to eat with microwave, kettle, free tea and coffee. They also have kitchen utensils such as bowl, spoon, knife. They help to clean the kitchen utensils. The space outside the hotel is also very nice. Take a cup of tea and sit there to see Interlaken - I wish to stay longer. All the staff is very nice and helpful. They even let me borrow umbrella on the rainy day. The location of hotel is also convenient. We take a bus near the hotel (Bus 105 - around 5’ walk) to access Interlaken West hbf. Without bus, we can walk in 10’ to 15’. The view around the hotel is so beautiful (we take a lot of pics). There are coop supermarkets, bakery store, pizza restaurant near the hotel. I highly recommend to stay here.

This guesthouse is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable. We are a family of five and were accomodated with ample space and comfort. The family room we received had a kitchen and dining area which we often used. The guesthouse has an amazing veranda which overlooks Interlaken and the river. We used that every evening for dinner. The breakfast served is incredible, consists of great options for everyone and has local produce such as yoghurts, cheeses etc. The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable.

It’s a very good value for money proposition along with breathtaking views available from the property. Would appreciate their staff for cleanliness. It’s located at a very convenient location from bus stop with bus running every 30 mins to and fro interlaken ost. It gives a perfect experience of a Swiss chalet with a calm neighbourhood with surreal location. They have taken care of each aspect of stay with everything available in rooms along with fans and they have elaborated everything pretty well in form of instructions charts.
