I had a great stay at Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel. The hostel is located in a former silo building that has been renovated and transformed into a modern and stylish accommodation - one of the most stylish and nicest accommodation that I have ever experienced! We shared the room (4bed dorms) with 2 other people, everything was super clean - even the shared bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was tasty. The hostel is close to the tram station and the city center (you can easily walk there), so it was easy to explore Basel and its attractions. I would highly recommend Silo Design & Boutique Hostel Basel to anyone looking for a unique and affordable stay in Basel.

My stay at Nomad Design & Lifestyle Hotel in Basel was absolutely perfect! We came because of the Eurovision, and had great time. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help – from check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly and pleasantly. The service was outstanding, and the whole team made it clear they truly care about their guests. The rooms were modern, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable, with thoughtful design details that made the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was fantastic; varied, fresh, and delicious, with something for everyone. The breakfast area has a stylish yet cozy atmosphere that made mornings feel special and had modern appliances for guests to use. The location is great, with excellent access to public transportation, making it easy to reach any part of the city. It is easy to go to the airport, St.Jakobshalle and city centre. A great bonus is the option for online check-out, which takes less than two minutes – super convenient and efficient and you can do it 0-24. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, clean, and comfortable place to stay in Basel, with top-notch service and a great location.

Gisela and Celestine were fantastic hosts. The house was pristine clear, the bed was very comfortable and they were very helpful not only with check in, parking, breakfast, but also gave a lot of tips and good stories about Basel and their own lives. I’d book this place just to spend the day hearing about their lives and their trips.

A very nicely furnished, very clean and well-equipped apartment. Great host, attentive to details and very available to our requests. The tourist card was very useful to us, because we had free transport. Absolutely everything in the apartment was of high quality and well maintained. The only minus was an air conditioner, which was necessary, given that it was very hot and the smell of tobacco, which certainly cannot be attributed to the host. Unfortunately, there are also tourists who do not have elementary rules of conduct and who do not understand that smoking is NOT permitted in non-smoking apartments! However, I am convinced that Damir will solve the problem because he is a perfectionist of cleanliness and quality! I recommend this apartment with all sincerity and give it a 10 without a minus!
