This Chalet-hotel is really on a high level. located literally in the middle of Kandersteg main road. in-front of a supermarket & 10mins walk to Oeschinensee gondola. Very nice & clean facilities. A very friendly & helpful guy in the reception, who gave me a discount voucher for the gandola, free bus ride & discount to Blausee. bottom line - AMAZING STAY. will come back.

The room was spacious and even had a full sized bathtub. It fit me neck to toe with my head just chilling on the edge. I made good use of it of course to relax after a long day of via ferrata in Kandersteg. For 40 francs this is absolutely insane. Not to mention that breakfast was included with a huge collection of tea bags and drinks to choose from. Also the views out the window were unobstructed and amazing.

This place is excellent! Anushka was very nice and helpful! The location is almost magical. The view is unbeatable—plenty of activities to do, hiking, mountain biking or simply sitting on the terrace, enjoying the view. The house is newly renovated, warm and cosy. The kitchen is fully equipped, and you can even make fondue! As a family, we'll talk about this for a long time!

We loved everything! We wish we could have stayed longer. The views are just spectacular! I could wake up there every morning! Easy access to the house, well equipped with everything you need, they left free coffee and there are drinks for a reasonable price if you want them. We met the family briefly and they're very sweet!
