The design in the room was very modern and cool. Staff were lovely. We had a really bad first night, and I asked to move room the next day and it was no problem however, it is not straight forward. I had to go to the cafe at the entrance to use their phone to ring a number and explain the situation (as they don't have a reception/everything is on an app on your phone).
