The hotel owner is a very friendly and nice person! The breakfast was good, but perhaps the most impressive thing was the room interior decoration, which was very creative and stylish! The view out of window was wonderful, because the building is built on a hill next to church! You can see the mountains on the horizon and farms in front of it. You can also find a 24/7 self-service grocery store in the village.

Everything. We wanted to stay in such a unique and historical house. My friend and I love history particularly old buildings,libraries, churches, towers and castles. Absolutely perfect and clean cozy apartment literally in the heart of the Old town. In 30 seconds you are in the middle of the beautiful town, with shops, restaurants, cafes and the lake at your doorstep. Oh yea and the walk along the lake is simply stunning.

Breakfast was fantastic, the various homemade jams were excellent and omelets cooked by Muna was delicious. Location is central just in front of the castle and cathedral, also near restaurants, pubs and bars. Thun was a very pleasant surprise and a highlight of our Switzerland tour.

    Great facility’s, the kitchen is well equipped and the whole apartment is very clean . You feel as if you are at home, one of the most beautiful villages I have visited in Switzerland. You can sleep in complete peace and there is also fresh air
