Highly recommend who want to stay in wilderswil, just a two minute walk from the train station, bus stop..lovely view all around, the staff and services are just same as they mentioned... they give us packed lunch boxes as we have to leave early in the morning, the hot tub jacuzzi was also cherry on the top... we realy enjoyed ...and breakfast also very nice..lot of variety to eat..

My recent stay at Jungfrau Hotel Wilderswil was nothing short of extraordinary—it was truly the best hotel experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I arrived, I felt incredibly welcomed by the warm and attentive staff, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Charlotte and the lady room attendant were very friendly and made me feel home during my stay. The room view was absolutely breathtaking—each morning felt like a dream as I woke up in awe of the stunning scenery. It was the kind of view that makes you pause, take a deep breath, and feel grateful for the moment. Truly unforgettable! I would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends travelling to Switzerland. My experience was so exceptional that I’m already looking forward to returning—it’s a place I’d gladly revisit!

We had a fantastic stay! Such a beautiful little place, right on the water with fantastic outdoor and indoor commonspaces. Our room was great, clean and comfortable. Staff were so nice and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Breakfast was delicious

The staff was outstanding in every regard. Maria welcomed us on arrival and helped with absolutely everything! We felt like we were entering the home of a very good friend. Adam likewise was most welcoming and had set up our room as per our request. The location is great, right across the street from Staubach falls. Very nice buffet breakfast.

    Everything. We booked on a budget and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Location on train line with easy access to Interlaken Ost, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen and Jungfraujock. We got a window and balcony with a great view of Mönch, Jungfrau and Jungfraujock. Restaurant was excellent, included breakfast was excellent. They gave us a pass for free local trains and buses. The front desk loaned me a screwdriver so I could tighten loose wheels on our luggage.
