I got upgrade to a bigger apartment room with balcony at free. Room size is very big, all room facilities are perfect. Location is close to the bridge where taking photos of Matterhorn is perfect. Staff are very nice and helpful. Pick up service is excellent too.

Very nice hotel in Zermatt with a cool 70s vibe (they are renovating) but I liked the vintage feel. Well slept and very nice staff. Loved the sauna and breakfast. Balcony view of the Matterhorn. Loved our stay!

This studio is spacious, fantastic, and in a prime location just a few minutes from the Matterhorn Glacier Gondola. But the host, Meggie, is what truly sets it apart. During an unexpected two-day power outage due to a storm in Zermatt, Meggie was a lifesaver. Despite the power being out, the studio stayed wonderfully warm. She provided a power bank, offered regular updates and support, and even brought us books and wine. Her exceptional care and attention made a challenging situation much easier. Meggie is the best host, and we can't wait to book again! The proximity to the gondola is a major bonus.

We had amazing stay in this new apartment in Zermatt! Everything inside is really top quality - the furniture, the kitchen, everything. The terrace is very big and perfect for sitting outside. What I liked most was that you get wide array of services like in room breakfast, can ask for a nanny or babysitter, professional laundry (not just normal washing machine), and more. The wellness area on the rooftop was really nice for relaxing at the end of a day. I must also say about the host - very kind person who helped with everything we needed. For us, it was perfect combination of luxury apartment with hotel services. Much better than staying in normal hotel room! Everything was new and working perfectly. The location in Zermatt is also very good. By the way a convenient access with a stroller straight to apartment door. I can definitely recommend this place if you want to have special holiday in Swiss Alps!

    Cannot recommend this place enough! Was referred to me through a friend and so glad we stayed here! Affordable accomodation in a fantastic location and stunning views of the Matterhorn right from our window! The staff were so friendly and the place itself had great vibes. Breakfast being included in the price of booking was amazing and very helpful in Switzerland! Would definitely book again!!

    Wonderful place to stay! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location in a walking distance from cable car station, downtown, supermarket, and train station. Good breakfast included. Will stay here again when I visit Zermatt next time.

    Location is ideal as it is situated in between the gornegrat station and glacier paradise cable car station. It is also a quick walk to the main town area. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great with some DIY stations. Will return if visiting Zermatt again.
