This room is very clean and modern. The location is convenient and the check-in easy. Also, there are many places to eat nearby and bus stations that will take you to the important places in town. There was nothing I did not like. It is not a traditional hotel, so you must arrange your arrival time with the person who meets you and shows you how to enter. But she is very helpful and willing to help, so that was not a problem.

Nice location with numerous restaurants and two large malls nearby The room itself was impeccable - clean, new with all the amenities fully equipped. The staff members were friendly and helpful although some had limited English proficiency. They made a great effort to communicate effectively. Want to go back again if I have the opportunity to revisit Shantou! Highly recommended!!

Room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. Staff were excellent with fantastic customer service. Location was a short drive from the Shantou Railway Station which is why I picked this location. Super convenient and next to lots of food places and shops. I would absolutely stay here again. Wi Fi is super easy to connect and strong signal.

The three ladies at front desk were very helpful and polite. Even the catering staff during breakfast were very quick and friendly.
