The staff were very nice and it was quite a professional operation, quite clean too. I initially booked because of its convenience near the south station, but then came back so I could explore the south side of the city which was very nice as well. It was newlt renovated. The lift is huge! The rooftop pool is great!! Breakfast was really good. Check out was easier. Room and washrooms are incredible.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They really went above and beyond to help. The owner helped me book a trip last minute to Dongchuan Red Land and accompanied me on the trip as an interpreter. They ended up inviting me to dinner, with local specialties on the menu. It was by far the best touring experience I've had.
