The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. They not only advised us on the best way to visit the national park but even purchased the tickets for us. While the pickup service from the train station was unsuccessful, the drop-off back to the station went smoothly. We especially enjoyed the homemade breakfast served on the terrace with its magnificent mountain views.

A beautiful hotel with an excellent location. The manager is really helpful and friendly and perfect guide for the area around the hotel. The room was very well furnished and spacious. The breakfast is beyond. The dog Popeye is so cute. Zhangjiajie national park is a must see.

The service was great! Jenny the host, picked us up at the railwaystation. After bringing us to the hotel she gave us a moment to eat and rest. After rest she helped us book our entire 3-day program. She booked the Zhangjiajie national forest park tickets, taxi, the lift tickets to go up and the same for tianmen mountain. We had nothing to worry about and even with some discount! Thank you so much for everything! It was a great stay.

Perfect Location for the Park. It is only few minutes walk to Park Entrance.The guesthouse even have a lift with this price, which is so nice for our luggage to high floor . Room is clean and big size with soft bed.The manger speaks English .She is very knowledgeable about Zhangjiajie and help us arrange everything trip, train station pick up to make your stay more relaxing. I would to recommend here for everyone who want to explore Zhangjiajie.

The homestay is very authentic and elegant nestled inside a beautiful mountain. The staff are extremely helpful and caring which makes my stay memorable. The room was very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the room. The hostess was also very friendly and helpful. She offered to help us with our luggage up the steps and offered great assistance with how to get around to the tourist spots. She gave us a ride down to the South Gate and also helped us with sorting the tickets, etc. Breakfast was also very lovely at the beautiful location.
