The accomodations felt very peaceful and remote while providing great amenities. The beach bar was so convenient and the restaurant had great portions. The shared showers and toilets were very clean. My boyfriend and I were very impressed and wished we could have stayed longer.

We liked everything about the property and the staff who were there when you needed them and were nowhere to be seen when you didn’t need them. The accommodation itself was fantastic. We had the cabin with the sea view. It was a little bit of a trek to get there up a steep climb but well worth it. The accommodation had hot and cold water, air-conditioning and electricity with a small microwave inside and coffee making facilities With complimentary coffee of course. the place was immaculately clean and the staff were always on the hand and extremely helpful during our stay I had my birthday there and the staff laid on a special surprise for me around the swimming pool area and then they all sang happy birthday to me All in all. It’s a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anybody. It’s perhaps not suitable to stay in the top cabin for people with disabilities as although it has a concrete path almost all the way to the top, the last bit would be a struggle for people with disabilities . However down in the main area where the dining room, kitchens and reception are the accommodation is perfect for anybody with disabilities. in our group we had one person with a wheelchair who stayed main accommodation area making it easy for him to get to the dining area. The area itself is situated just off of the main coastal road and is within easy access to lots of various beaches along the coastal road all within very easy reach of public transport which will stop outside the entrance to promisedland making day trips out to the beaches very easy

AMAZING!! So clean and comfortable. Perfect place to attend El Rio's parties or to just go hang by the river - it is only a very cheap 3 minute moto taxi or a 20 minute walk! The staff are very kind! There is amazing room service, netflix, and self controllable air-conditioning!! I can not recommend it enough! Also unrelated but "Buritaca Fried Chicken" on the main road is a must!!!

Great location on a secluded beach. Beautiful beach walk to the left and a.open beach which meets a river to the right. Lots of nature especially birds. It's set meal times so you order lunch/dinner. Choice of meat/fish, salad, chips and rice. Really well cooked by Angie who really was excellent and a chance to practice my Spanish! The best fish I have had in a long while. Really fresh and cooked to perfection. To get to Palomino for supplies/water stand on the road and flag a local bus (they pass every 15 mins) 3500 pesos (around 75p). We loved it for the seclusion and the huts are right on the beach I haven't slept this well in a long time,!
