I always stay here when I visit Bucaramanga. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the staff are attentive and polite. I love the view of the city at all times of the day. The location is ideal as it is connected to the very large Cacique shopping mall which has great shops, restaurants and a later food plaza. Perfect to kill time. The hotel restaurant is a lovely place for breakfast. There is a SkyBar with a pool which offers amazing views of the city and is one of the highest buildings I suspect.

Very courteous staff, larger than average room with very comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was very extensive with international and local specialties. The location was perfect to walk to various stores, restaurants and bars.
