Everything is good for our stay, except we only have cold water for the shower. The hot water was broken when we stayed there. The room is very clean, and kitchen has everything we need. Several fans will be enough at night as it is not hot. Host is very friendly and helpful, Sylvia is a very good host, and will do everything she can to make our stay comfortable. Thanks for everything.

Wow wow wow! We booked this hoping it would be as fab as the reviews and it was everything we hoped for and more. Absolutely stunning apartment with everything you could need (except a hairdryer). So clean and had very comfy beds. The pool area was clean and well looked after. Great location, just on the edge of town so walking distance to everything but quiet and out of the way. Staff were so helpful with check in, we were able to park easily which felt secure and the property itself felt very very safe and secure. A little supermarket just down the road had everything we needed and there is a little street food place around the corner that had the most amazing sushi! We were here for my birthday and it made my whole day feel so special - would 100% stay again!

Everything! It was a sanctuary for me. Clean, well-maintained, nicely designed room and space (the room was also very spacious — I could even lay out a yoga mat and practice everyday with more than enough space to walk around it). There’s a self-contained kitchen if you wanna cook. Also the owners and staff are fab — very friendly and helpful :) Close to restaurants and shops. It’s a short 2-3min walk to the main street and a big supermarket right there… and you can walk to the beach in about 10mins or less. If you’re feeling lazy, there are about 4 restaurants at your doorstep. As a solo female traveler, I also felt really safe. Would totally recommend this place to anyone visiting Tamarindo!

Muchas gracias to the owners from Hotel Casa Carlota. The Hotel is near from Tamarindo, but you may be need a car to go there. For us it was perfect far away from the trouble. But its close to a supermarket. The room was very clean and we had enough space. You also have a fridge and a coffeemachine. We used the kitchen outdoor in the cooking area for the breakfast. There‘s also a swimmingpool, which was cleaned everyday. The owners are very friendly and they also give us good suggestions.     We loved the host. They sent us they location of the property as it is a little bit difficult to find in a virtual map. However their indications were key to reach there. Once there they were very kind and they gave us amazing advice on what to visit on the area and on the next stops of our trip. The house had everything we needed, a big bathroom, a kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and plenty of fans to be able to deal with the heat. There is a swimming pool as well at the back of the property. Highly recommendable.
