Excellent and friendly service. Very comfortable rooms, including high pressure water at the shower, also bath to relax after long driving. Coffee machine in the room was also a pleasant surprise. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice.

Brand new building and very modern and comfortable equiped. As we stayed 8 nights in Brno we booked the largest appartement for the 2 of us and we didn't regret it. A large kitchen and bathroom, separate toilet and lots of closets to store your stuff. Every room is airconditioned. And every day we left for a trip, the vacuum robot cleaned the the floor. Contact with the owner Jakub was very good and quick respons on every question. We had an issue with the washing machine and next day there was already a brand new one installed. Very good service. Our car was parked safe and secure in the building for free! The tram stop is just 2 minutes walking around the corner for fast and comfortable transport to city center or railway station or whatever you want to visit. Brno is a very nice city without tourist crowds and lots to see in the area around. Very worthwhile to visit for a longer stay and especially in these appartements.

The whole ambience was really cozy. The room was huge, with nice roof windows, and the beds were very comfortable. The dinner was quite good and the staff friendly. They even allowed me to charge my car in one of their plugs. We joined the jacuzzi in the morning, it was raining outside and the panoramic windows made the experience very special. They also allowed us to stay in the spa for an extra half an hour, all of this when we had already checked out. Breakfast was quite varied, with fresh bread and most things you would expect. They had toys for kids in the restaurant, which is always appreciated when traveling with children.

Fantastic small boutique Inn with a spectacular view of the city. Our room was very large and it was tastefully decorated with a big comfy bed. We have never experienced a half board arrangement before. There was a large buffet that was set up at 15:00 so you could have a little something and a cold beverage on the balcony to relax. Huge selection of items to choose from. We asked if there was any non alcoholic beer and we were told regretfully there wasn't. About an hour later there was a knock on our door and we were given two non alcoholic beers. They had gone out and picked some up for us. That's service. Breakfast is again buffet style with lots of items to choose from.
