The parking is perfect as well as the location of the parking, parking, terrace and house are very clean, the livingroom, kitchen dinner are as well as the 3 sleeping rooms are spacious and light. The beds are very good. Kitchen equipment and utensils are good and easy to use. The dinner area is spacious and comfortable. For winter time there is a good woodburner. The view from the living room is nice, view at the garden and hills of the Wiehengebirge. There is a small but nice/cosy terrace for outside dinner or just drinking a beer. The region is nice for walks and sightseeing the castles and little villages as well as visiting the "Altstadt of Osnabruck".

Great appartment in Bad Essen. We stayed here for 6 nights with our newborn and had a good time. The appartment has everything you need and is really spacious. It is quiet in the small garden and it offers a nice view on the forest. The host is very kind and easy to contact.

This is a superb small hotel. It’s stylish, absolutely spotless, very friendly and personal staff - you feel this is a professionally run place where staff delivers excellent service in a naturally genuine way. Beds/room were wonderful; clean, comfortable and inviting. Perfect and big breakfast with great choice and quality produce. It felt like the most perfect place we have ever visited in Germany in our travel through the country. In addition, it’s located in a charming little village in beautiful surroundings. We couldn’t believe our luck to have found this little gem - and will definitely return. Thanks for running such a wonderful hotel!

The apartment was clean, spacious and well maintained - same as reviews said. For one night it was very affordable and I would recommend it for families. Rooms smelled wonderful and sheets were clean. The house is located next to a river, so you can go on a little walk.

    The apartment was much nicer than could be judged from the photos, though a bit smaller than we expected. In the end it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay for us. Beautiful town, nice location close to a forest, clean rooms, and in-house swimming pool is a big plus.

    Wonderful hotel and staff. The best location in town. We had an apartment with 2 bedrooms. Although the building from the outside has the charming Fachwerk look, it's completely renovated inside. All modern amenities you need, very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was spectacular, local ingredients, variety and quality. The staff was great! I'll definitely be back.

    Landhotel Buchenhof Garni is a decent place to stay alone or with a group. It is budget friendly, however also have a specific atmosphere that makes the stay pleasant. Specifically it has decorated social space (entrance, outside tables under the umbrella, breakfast area). Rooms are also clean and furnished. It worth the costs. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the highlight for me. A big variety of tasty local dishes. If you want, they cook eggs on demand.
