We were on a family trip so ourselves with 2 kids (9yrs & 11yrs). We stayed in a suite which slept 4 very comfortably. The room was absolutely lovely, so big and spacious. The staff were so nice, couldn't have been nicer, very friendly and gave us great advice about places to eat and places to visit. The breakfast was delicious, mainly continental but some hot food too. The location of the hotel was ideal. Just a short walk to the U station, we loved the location, its a perfect base for getting around and seeing Munich It's located right across from where Octoberfest is, which now has big tents which have food, music and markets, we went twice to this area (reccomended by a lovely staff member in the hotel). My parents and brother and sister in law also stayed the same time as us and they loved it too. Its not just a family type hotel there were business people and couples there too. We will 100% be going back to this hotel, can't reccomend it enough.

The hotel staff could not be better, especially the team at the front desk and Yusuf from the breakfast. The room was spacious, clean and well organized, The location was a bit far from city center but still within reasonable distance if you have a car. would definitely come again.

fantastic location. clean. large apartment with 2 x bedrooms one with large double bed and 1 with 2 x single beds. then have 2 x bathrooms and toilets and showers. all come with towels and toiletries. has small kitchenette fully equipped and large fridge and a separate smaller freezer. large comfy couch in living room with TV. beds very comfortable. service excellent. Hadi got in touch with us to check what time we arrive then texted photos and details of lock box which made getting in so easy. we asked for extra towels and Hadi had them there within the hour. nothing was too much trouble. upon leaving we simply left the keys in the lockbox. the place is in an alley off the main pedestrian mall of marienplatz and stochastic which both had wonderful Christmas markets and an open air ice rink. restaurants and beer halls minutes away on foot with burger place and Italian restaurant either side of entrance into apartments. if ever staying in Munich again it will definately be at this place. 10 out of 10.

    Excellent location- very close to Karlsplatz for public transport and also day tours. Short walk into old town as well. Restaurants and bars very close by. Very clean and comfortable- The bed and pillows were amazing, the room and ensuite are spacious, excellent LED mirror for makeup. Bar and breakfast options available too but we didn’t take advantage of this. Felt luxe but within a budget!

    The place is absolutely spotless and the staff are attentive and helpful. The Base has the makomgs of a brilliant hotel and with just a few little.changes it could be a so much better. The location isn't amazing, it's a few miles from the centre of town. That being said, Valentino was very helpful ordering us taxis and giving us local tips on where to stop for a cheaper fair etc. I can't fault the staff, friendly polite and courteous evweytime we spoke.

    The hotel has excellent location - only 7m walking distance from the bus station and about 12min to the central train station. Ideal for people who need to catch an early bus/train/flight. The hotel was very clean, the room and the bathroom huge. Also there were pool and sauna available (which we didn't use). We were allowed to checked in even earlier than the official check in which was great!

    Perfect location, very close to the main train station and a scenic walk to other key parts of the city. It was all very clean - I had a single room and shared bathroom facilities and these were always very clean and tidy, could not fault. The breakfast was also pretty good for pretty cheap so no qualms there.

    Ideal location for me, with a Ubahn station nearby and family living just one stop away. Easy access to city centre too. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. The room was great, very clean and tidy with a small balcony overlooking the garden. Appreciated the large bottle of water, replenished every day. Thoughtful design, especially the bathroom, and I loved the mini kitchen.
