The staff went beyond to help with everything,from advice of use of the trains to supplying extra coffee pods. And yes there is a excellent Nespresso machine in the room. The location is excellent. Walking distance to all the sights and shopping areas.

Location was right off the main walking street, very close to Marienplatz and Karlzplatz. Hadi, our host, was exceptional: communication, availability and especially kind when our car rental took longer than expected and he was able to offer us to another room for an hour after the 11am checkout.
