The location of Hyrdeskolen is absolutely beautiful, with woods and vast green fields around. It's peacefully and quiet. One of the room's windows is facing South where beautiful sunsets can be seen but it's better to go outside. There is a space to sit outside with your morning coffee or at any time of the day. The room is simple but it's clean with two comfortable armchairs, there is a fridge, kettle and a Tchibo coffee machine, which I much appreciated. It's a lovely touch to facilitate a good coffee machine with a nice coffee in the room, so you can have a morning brew before you go on with your day. The owners are kind, thoughtful and friendly people. We could also see dogs in training, which was very interesting. When we are back in Denmark, we will be looking to stay in Hyrdeskolen again. P.S. The only thing that I was missing was some kind of clothes storage, for example, a simple rail with few hangers in the room/ wall hooks to hang some clothing from the briefcase. Perfect location in the countryside and short distance (10-15min by car) to main attractions in Billund and surroundings (Legoland, Lalandia, Lego House etc.). Fantastic property (loft conversion from an old barn) - spacious and comfortable rooms, very good new beds, great common areas (particularly kitchen that was very well equipped to prepare your own breakfasts and meals). Ideal for families - lots of space for kids to play (indoors and outdoors). Wonderful and very accommodating hosts who were invisible most of the time and yet very attentive whenever you needed anything. We could not wish for anything more :) Thank you!

It is a great place near Legoland and Lego house. We had fun playing Lego on the table late in the evening. Perfect place for a two-night stay.

Absolutely everything was perfectly arranged. The accommodation was extremely well equipped and super clean with great furnishings. Only 12 minutes from Legoland.

Everything was perfect. Even though we were only there for two days, we were still satisfied. It's in a good location, well-equipped with kitchen appliances, and close to a shop. I recommend it.

A very beautiful and well-equipped apartment, including the kitchen. The bedroom has blackout curtains. There are no TV channels, but there is a large Dolby Vision-supported TV for Netflix or similar services. The bathroom smelled nice and had all necessary toiletries available. There is a private garden with a table and chairs. Although it is located by the roadside, traffic is minimal. Right across the street is a grocery store, and all dining options are nearby. Legoland is a 20-minute walk and Lalandia is a 30-minute walk with a 6-year-old.
