Lessie is a lovely helpful chap, and lives in the apartment above so was on hand with great advice, and also available on WhatsApp. He really makes you feel welcome, and even went to the trouble of getting some groceries for me as my flight arrived quite late. My room was comfortable, shower was good and everything is kept spotlessly clean. Breakfast was basic but good with a plate of fruits and a basket of toast with jam/cream cheese, dinner is also available and was very good and is reasonably priced.
