The apartments are fantastically comfortable and clean! It's a place to unwind after a hard day's work. This place is ideal for those traveling by car, as it's a bit far from the city center. Parking is attached to the apartments and located right in front of the main entrance. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing accommodation in Tartu.

New and very clean apartment. Great location, close to the city, university and short and nice walk to the museum and science center and yet in very quiet neighborhood. Bus stop is very close, if needed. Very comfortable bed and fully equipped kitchen (but I missed coffee machine). Easy access by code.

The apartment is located within a reasonable walking distance from Tartu city centre and there is no need to use car to get there (if you do not like to walk there is a direct bus line running that direction - just a few stops - and you may use that line to reach the shopping mall on the outskirts as well). There is a designated spot on a open-air covered garage so you do not have to worry about the parking. The room temperature stays on comfort range even during a warm summer days due to the constant air flow (+ windows&balcony door). There is some grocery stores located nearby and you have everything you need to prepare a meal for a family at the apartment. The apartment is located in a newly build residence building (I would guess maximum a decade old one) - it is a quiet place to stay (although some may find the noise from the not-so-busy street to be an issue).
