Everyone was really nice and helpful! I spontaneously decided to arrive one day later, which was no problem for them, Christeen changed the dates with no additional charge. Christeen also made sure that my stay was perfect, every single day and they gave me water bottles everyday which was really important to me! Everything. Mahmoud was a great host and made all he could to arrange everything 🙏 This place provides laundry services, transfers, great tours and so on. Even hair cuts, henna tattoos if you need. The soft blue and white colours that greet you as you walk down the steps of the guest house to the open terrace are truly refreshing. Elephantine Island offers the perfect sanctuary after a long day of travel. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Mostafa, a thoughtful and attentive host. He made sure I was settled and comfortable. He even offered an early morning motorboat, breakfast, and transport for my trip to Abu Simbel. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and filled with natural light, offering a breathtaking view of the Nile with the desert stretching out in the distance. The tranquility of both the island and the guest house was so soothing that I decided to extend my stay for a few more nights, a request which Mostafa kindly accommodated. Thank you, Mostafa!

An amazing hotel next to the river. The room was clean and tidy. We had the number 1 room for 3 people . It was a big room with 3 windows with an amazing view (the front rooms have also a small balcony to sit outside) The breakfast was nice and the owner also suggested if one day had to leave early to prepare our breakfast for take away.
