We can list many things such as the location of the hotel, the beauty of its terrace, its proximity to the sea, free entrance card to the hotel's private beaches, ease of access to everything, distance to the airport, cleanliness, spaciousness of the room, and the immediate availability of everything you need. Even though we did not speak English, we had no difficulties. Everything was super great!! In reception already start warmly and homely, Mr. Ali every day asked if everything was okay and I felt cared myself 🥰 The room and shower room too, were very clean and beautiful, overlooking the sea, with a large balcony. Here was the very care and friendly Mr. Aziz. Fruits, sweets, nuts and wine were brought into the room 😇 Soft drinks are a good choice in the frige. Animation were friendly and nice young people. Every night was a great show! And the meal in the restaurant was so tasty and versatile!! Even too good! 😋🥰 SUPER HOTEL IN HURGHADA 🌞👍👌 I dare to recommend to everyone!

A paradise in a paradise the staff are professional and helpful I believe it depends how the top management trains the staff I had the previlidge of meeting the general manager Mr Mohamed who seems to be hands on man talking rounds of the resort with his managers like back to floor series this is why this facility is so exceptional Mr wael at front desk was very helpful and professional in executing his duties he has exceptional peoples management skills which you need in hospitality bussiness

Mr. Talal went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, accommodating every request with a smile and ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay.
