The staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. Ahmed from reception was especially helpful in organising transfers, dinner reservations, making sure everything was ok for us and we wouldn’t have been able to get our visas without his help. All the staff know you by name too which adds a personal touch to your stay. The facilities there are immaculate and if you stay in the adults only hotel you get full access to their sister hotel across the road giving you access to endless facilities. The room was so spacious and clean and the pictures online are a very accurate representation. Would highly recommend the Cleopatra Adults Only hotel.

    Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

    The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

    Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
