Firstly we were a couple 40 and well travelled. I rate property 2 ways. Building facilities infrastructure condition etc and staff service. Facilities you can read about the condition is excellent 👏 Staff were absolutely amazing best service I had in Egypt and was my 3rd time there. You can tell that the leadership is world class from the hotel manager all the way down. Every member of staff were professional polite and genuinely happy and proud of their work and can only be attested to by excellent management. We will be back. Thanks

The staff were all phenomenal and welcoming. From our housekeeper Mohammed, in B7 to the amazing host, Hossam, Ahmed and Ahmad, in Palma Resturant to the amazing barmen twins Mohamoud and Mohammed at the pool bar. We loved the amenities for the kids, access to the beach through the sister hotel. The food here is soo delicious, we have definitely gained some weight! The evening entertainment was varied and awesome. We loved Charina and Anna at the kids club. Also, credit must go to Joe for his DJing.

Everything was great. Beach was nice and big, but water was shallow for a long time, somethimes were deeper holes with fishes. Big raff with entrance from pier. Big resort with many attractions. Very very good food, everyone will find something for himself. Stuff was very helphull, especially guys: Sharaf, Eslam and Mahmoud Farhat.

Hi from Ukraine! We had the great vacation in hotel Charmillion Club Resort ❤️ I would like to say too much thank you for everyone who is working there! The first “shukran” to Mr Abdu,receptionist,who met us in the evening and was too much polite and respectful with us! We spend 2 weeks there and didn’t want to leave hotel,everyone was for us like family. Another thank you for restaurant,bar,specially Mr. Amr,who is working in bar near sea,who made my mood more better and was like my brother! Too much thanks to manager MR AMR,who was issue all problems and still be polite and great also, Wanna say thank you for Sara,animators,all stuff,SPA girls, thank you so much ,Anna who is working in Spa,thanks all hotel,you deserve 5*,food,too much tasty,thanks for all stuff who is working at the kitchen,everyone deserve the best.     Fantastic service and all of the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The manager was very good and accomidating. The hotel was very clean and well kept and there were a large variety of food options and they were all very tasty. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice view from the balcony and the room's door block all outside noise and the air con is very adjustable. The location is nearby to many places. The swimming pool is also incredibly nice and relaxing and the lounge is comfortable and large.

    The hotel is quite big, the location is excellent, about 20 minutes by car from the airport and has a very clean private beach equipped with every service. The pools are very nice and the facility is spotless. In particular thanks to Mohamed Soudi who cleaned my room every day, very kind. The service is excellent, all the staff members are very kind, in particular Mohamed Gamal (who speaks also Italian language very well) is a very nice and kind person. Thanks also to all the staff of the diving center, in particular to Mustafa and Emil.

    Location for this price was amazing. Last minute deals are even cheaper. You can get breakfast in the local restaurant for $3 buffet and dinner for $5. Staff was amazing, always helpful. The guy at the security gate was always smiling and so helpful. Please take some little bag of sweets for local children especially when you go for trips.
