Conveniently located about a 7 minutes walk to airport along a fairly well lit pedestrian pathway (there were no stairs contrary to what Google showed although there were a couple steep and uneven sections. We were able to wheel two large bicycle boxes to airport. The apartment is also a very short walk to the metro line to the city (about 15 minute ride to downtown). So very convenient location. Room was larger than expected. But the best about this place was the host. She went over and beyond to help us have a smooth experience. She replied quickly to messages and was super friendly. So glad we booked this place. Can definitely recommend it.

This hotel is well located, you can walk in 10 minutes to the airport and there are plenty of restaurants around in walking distance. The room was clean and perfect for a one night stay. The metro is in front of the hotel for the ones who want to go to the city center. So super. The best in my opinion is the staff. I arrived at 5 in the morning and they did everything possible to give me an early check-in. I was relaxing in my room at 9am which is for me as an avid traveler very rare. I would say exceptional service. Thank you

Absolutely amazing stay! We were treated like the only one guests in the hotel. Everything is perfect there! Hotel’s team is great, friendly and welcoming. The room was equipped even with hair iron:) Big surprise with birthday gift. I understand there are a lot of another great hotels around but we will definitely chose Estimar for our next visit. İt was perfectly clean. I stayed in many booking houses or rooms in Valencia. But I have never stayed in a place this clean, tidy and comfortable. I noticed that they even vacuumed the seats. The doors, remote control and windows were clean and there was no dust on any of them, not even on the tables. Many rooms that are generally said to be clean do not look this way. Believe me it is really clean. I congratulate the cleaning staff and the supervising officials. Also congratulations for the furniture and items used. It was a great experience. Superior performance compared to its price and competitors.thank you very much.

I travel a lot to different countries and cities, and I try to choose places that meet several criteria for my holidays.: convenient location, comfort inside and matching the description. this place fully meets all the criteria. I read reviews about sound insulation and it's true, but our neighbors turned out to be good people who didn't make any noise even after 21:00. The location is excellent, you can take several routes to the beach and the city center. There is a park area nearby, and a grocery store is not too far away. The apartments themselves have a little kitchen, refrigerator, and a great large bathroom. I also want to mention the cleanliness and daily cleaning. this is an indicator of a good hotel. I also want to point out that I requested a room on the top floor and it was taken into account. I also noticed that the hotel has a laundry room, but I didn't ask how to use it. In conclusion, I want to fully recommend this place to you, to be honest, we spent several days in comfort!

    Easy to find. Location fantastic for the airport which is an easy walk up a dedicated well lit pedestrian path. You cannot go wrong. I felt perfectly safe doing it alone at 0400 ! The room was though basic, spotlessly clean as were the communal areas. There were some shops/cafes nearby if you wanted to use them. No kettle in room though that didn’t bother me. I didn’t stay for breakfast as had a very early flight so cannot rate that.

    Location was awesome, next to the metro and the airport too. Room were clean and cleaned daily. Breakfast was good, and offered non-buffet cheaper options too!
