My room was excellent. It was spacious and super clean. The big bonus is a shared kitchen and lounge, very well equipped. Breakfast is beautifully and thoughtfully prepared.

The young couple who own Les Ruisseaux had excellent language skills, easily translating between English, French, Spanish, and some Asian languages. They provide an evening dinner where participants share a long table and interact, which led to very interesting conversations. They had 3-D maps of the Pyrenees on the wall, and gave advice on hikes etc if asked. Also, the food was lovely.

We had a big double room with a balcony looking out to the mountains, which was spotless and had everything we needed. Our hostess was very helpful. We really enjoyed a beautiful breakfast which was delivered to our room and we ate on the balcony. We used the jacuzzi bath that was available at an extra charge but well worth it after a day on the motorbike. I would definitely recommend this place as we really enjoyed our stay.

the Primerose hotel is a family-run establishment, modest in its appearance but with attention to detail, extremely clean and made special by its owner, Philippe, an extraordinarily friendly and sensitive person who tries in every way to make his guests feel good. My wife and I are two cyclists, and we highly recommend this hotel especially for those who cycle. Spacious, totally safe bike room, where you can hang your bikes without the risk of them scratching against each other. We have always eaten at the hotel, excellent food, set menu, respect for any special needs everyone may have (my wife doesn't eat meat). Philippe was nice enough to understand the character of the various guests and immediately seated us next to other people with whom we then made good friends. The total cost of the hotel is absolutely unbeatable, and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants to visit the Pyrenees, with a special focus on cycling. From the hotel it is indeed very easy to do the Tourmalet, l'Aubisque, Hautacam, Trumouse, Gavarnie. Thanks again Philippe

    The location is absolutely incredible. Great views of the mountain from the hotel. They great amenities, the pool , jaccuzi, etc..room was great, clean and comfortable. Exactly as they showed it on bookings. No surprises.

    Great location for touring the Pyrenees, very good value simple clean room. Food was very good value, we had dinner the night we arrived, which was a set menu, suited us as we are not fussy eaters and the food was great, but may not suit everyone. Breakfast was a buffet, all good and very good value. plenty of parking.

    Extremely comfortable, warm gîte, with absolutely everything you needed. Very clean and well-equipped. Great location in a pretty village, with views of the mountains. The access to the swimming pool was a big plus.
