The facilities are clean and they actually service the room clearing the rubbish and replaced the used towels every day. Location is good near enough to the centre but not too close with crowd and noise. Carpark very short walk to the premise and it’s very safe car park. The reception service by Jacque and Delphin were fantastic. Gave advance notice of the storm that approached Biarritz in the night.

Great quiet location in the center of Biarritz near the park and market. Seven minutes to the beach, three minutes to the big parking lot with a possibility of online parking space reservation. In a pretty village. Easily accessible to restaurants/bars etc. The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and directed us to a parking space. She helped with luggage and was very welcoming. Great breakfast in the morning. Plenty of choice.
