The hotel de la pinede is very clean, modern and lovely! It is only a 3 minute walk away from the beach and is located in the very center of Juan-les Pins. Therefore, it might be a little noisy at night (but this is also mentioned on the website) but we had no trouble falling asleep. The hotel also has a beautiful and rooftop to enjoy breakfast at. Our host recommended us some restaurants to have dinner at and even provided us with information about the hotel's history. Highly recommend to stay at the hotel!

Super cute boutique hotel, close to the beach and restaurants. The owners, Philipe and Marion, really made our stay! They’re so welcoming, gave us great restaurants tips and things to do in the area. We especially enjoyed our little time in their charming garden before heading out for dinner with a cold glass of wine served by Marion and a good chat. Will definitely be back!

The apartment gave us everything we could ask for. The stay was amazing. Really close to the station making it ideal for travel, almost all facilities you could ask for are present. The host was also a clear highlight, although we never met him personally. He was almost 24/7 available for our questions and thought with us on several requests in a timely and detailed manor. I can't recommend this apartment enough for anyone wanting to visit the region.

The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area only a few minutes from the beaches / bars and restaurants at Juan Les Pins. It is also located very close to several supermarkets and the train station. The apartment is in excellent condition, it was spotlessly clean and had every gadget that you could need on holiday, a real home from home. Parking is underground and very convenient. The added bonus is the amazing private garden and patio with a barbeque. Although we did not use it because of the time of the year, there is a nice pool in the gardens / grounds too. We were met by Katia on arrival and departure who was excellent. All in all this apartment is highly recommended.
