A very pleasant welcome by the owner who showed us around the house, took us where to park for free, and gave us all information needed about the city center. The house was very well equiped, clean and pretty. A bit small for a five person family but we would happily return. Extra pleasure, music offered by Alexa!

We loved the welcome we received upon our artival and the kindness of the hosts. The place was spotless clean. I enjoyed hearing about the history of the building. Also the location was superb. The parking was secure as described. Breakfast was full with many options. Coffee was great.

The property is located on a quiet street just outside the center of Chartres. I stayed just one day with my family, and it was a wonderful surprise. The apartment was large and comfortable, well-furnished with a clever mix of new and old. The hosts welcomed us warmly. We enjoyed a hearty breakfast on a beautiful terrace overlooking the garden.     Excellent place to stop to discover Chartres. The hosts are lovely, it's super clean, comfy and we had the best breakfast ever with homemade food + fresh fruits from the garden. Nice perk a well stocked mini bar with local brewed beers and perfect location at walking distance to the city center. Also very accommodating if you are travelling with a little one.

    Location for us travelling south and needing a one night stop was ideal. Away from Chartres town centre in a quiet neighbourhood but with an excellent hyper market 5 mins drive away. Quick to get back on main route.
