We were very satisfied with the hotel itself. It was myself and my two sons staying in one room with three beds. The room was roomy enough for us guys. The hotel had an old cozy alpine feel about it, which we loved. While it is not a large modern hotel (which we were looking to avoid), the room and bathroom were modern enough to meet our satisfaction and needs, and the room was also cleaned everyday. This is a family-run hotel, and the warm charm of the people matched the level of charm of the hotel. They have a sweet little dog that hangs out in the lobby and greets you whenever you return after a long day on the slopes. We felt like we were returning home every day! Breakfast is down in the basement and was delicious every morning. There was something for everyone to eat. The hotel is also closely situated to all your needs in the city center. Right down the side street from the hotel is the main pedestrian walkway where there are delicious restaurants and plenty of shops and a supermarket. The place where we rented our skis is just a 3 minute walk from the hotel, and the bus stop to the lifts is right across the road from the ski rental place (so we were very happy with the convenience of having everything we needed close by). Breakfast starts at 7:30am each morning, but on our last day when we were being picked up early for our trip back to the airport, the hotel accommodated us with a 7:00am breakfast so that we headed off with full stomachs. You would not get that level of personal friendly service in a large hotel, and for all the reasons mentioned here, we will definitely return to this hotel again and highly recommend it for your stay. I believe the value we received exceeded the cost of the stay!

Extraordinary! A rare gem that was reasonably priced, so glad my other half found this spot. Normally rented as a whole, we were lucky to be able to get just a room. The host at the property, Venceslas, was so kind and helpful to us. The view of the mountains was breathtaking, the pool amazing, and they have a massagist on call who is fantastic. I am running out of superlatives fast - basically, HIGHLY recommended.

    Amazing location and views, the chalet was great, our kids loved the indoors and outdoors. Kitchen was well equipped and we had lovely family meals. Beautiful surroundings and village with a short walk to a bakery and mini-market. Short drive to Chamonix and to many beautiful hikes. It was the perfect place to relax after a long day on the mountains and the best view to wake up to every day.

    The location was excellent for us; we wanted to be near Servoz. The apartment was very well fitted out, and attractively decorated and furnished. Very quiet, except for one or two cow bells! Sylvia and Paul were very helpful once we had sorted out the keycode misunderstanding.

    Incredibly beautiful location! The house is very clean and it has everything you need to cook you r own meals and have them on the outside table, overlooking the mountains. I am really particular about the bathroom I am going in, and this one felt almost like home, so extra points for that. It´s small, but somehow it doesn´t seem like that. There is parking for 4 cars in front.
