The instructions were easy to follow to get into the flat and everything was very clean. The kitchen had everything needed. The location was good, about 15 minutes walk to Picadilly Station and about another 5 minutes or so to the city centre. I would recommend this property to anyone, be aware it is first floor so wouldn't suit someone with mobility issues, but otherwise would be great.

Very comfortable. Really quiet area. Eventhough I didn't cook, the kitchen literally has everything you would need. Tea/coffee, pastries and cereals for breakfast. Bus stop was a few minutes walk away. Landlady responded quickly to all my questions. Even allowed me to check out later with no extra charge.

Though we booked a room of 13m2, the room size was good enough for our two big luggages. The onsite parking was also convenient. When we arrived the three space of the onsite parking was full. But the host was very helpful to sort out a parking space for us. There was a kitchen on the 2nd floor which was well equipped. All and all it was above our expectations. It was very clean, cozy and modern. The location was not far from the station and town centre. It’s about 10 mins walk. Tesco extra and Sainsbury’s were nearby. We highly recommend this hotel. 👍👍👍
