The view into the garden and the small terrace were really nice. Very comfortable and spacious. Located in a quiet environment and a "base camp" for exploring Loch Lomond and the surrounding region. Well suited for longer stays. Very friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out.

The accommodation has a great location, secluded yet central. There is plenty of space and it is nicely furnished. The landlady was very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and tidy. There was something for everyone at breakfast, and the fridge was well-stocked.

The location of the apartment is perfect for anyone coming to Balloch by car as it's very central. There is a spot in a dedicated underground parking as well as plenty of on street parking or within a two min walk there is a large public car park. If you are using public transport, you are positioned less than a 5 min walk from the train station or the bus station. The apartment is also situated at a lovely little bridge where you will find options of different well organised boat tours at a reasonable cost. The apartment is also less than a five minute walk to a park as well as a nice walk along the water. When it comes to the local area you have absolutely everything you need no matter the type of group you are with. If you decide to self cater you have great local shops and large coop supermarket with all that you need including fresh amazing local produce at great prices. You also have all sorts of takeaway shops on offer in the local area. If you prefer to eat out, you have so much choice on offer and many different types of restaurants, pubs, bars and cafes with inside and outside seating suitable for a visit any time of the year all within walking distance. The best part is that you won't want to leave the gorgeous, spacious apartment. Wow! You could not want for more. Christine has created a home away from home and more. The decor and amenities are just what you would hope for in a holiday let. You even have your own large balcony with a bbq. Absolutely everything provided (including milk in the fridge :-) is carefully considered to make your holiday perfect and everything is of high quality, well-maintained and spotless. Everything is well explained around the apartment and if needed Christine offers to be available if from the booking right through to the end of your stay. Christine has very thoughtfully put together a manual to support with information for the apartment and the local area.

    Lovely friendly staff. Restaurant very clean and the hotel room spotless. Great location for locally walking around balloch, 10 mins walk to Cameron house and also Balloch country park. Great Chinese opposite and other pubs extra locally and co-op too. 10 mins from Lomond Shores. Will book again soon.

    Super attentive and friendly staff. The location was fantastic for loch Lomond and close to Glasgow. The room was great for the price and the facilities. I gave a 9 rather than a 10 because there was two suspicious stains on the bedroom wall. Other than that the cleanliness was spotless! I would stay again and would definitely recommend to someone looking for a cheaper option in loch Lomond.
