great hosts, who where extremely helpful and accommodating. Personal touches including record player music at breakfast. All individual requests at breakfast were carried out with dedication. Whole hotel noticeably geared to being environmentally friendly. Beautifully renovated room with details including delicious biscuits.

Very nicely furnished room with a small bathroom. Delicious pastries from the in-house bakery were waiting for me. Breakfast was excellent. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. It was a very pleasant stay, and I would gladly return.

We loved our stay. This hotel is a great find, and we discovered the wonderful vibrant village of Colyton thanks to its location in the heart of it. So comfortable and beautifully decorated, it is a little oasis of calm. Lovely staff. We would like to come back soon.

The family working at the farm were so friendly and gave my children and excellent experience helping to feed the calfs and watch the cows being milked. Our caravan was cosy and made a very pleasant stay.

    Great location, short walk to village and tramway. Very peaceful. Very clean caravan, small enclosed deck. Good phone signal and wifi. Nice welcome pack milk, scones, apple juice. The owner was pleasant enough.

    Beautiful cottage, very clean, kitchen fully equip, beds comfortable and the location is amazing. Tucked away, but still short drive to the village and to beautiful locations. We visited Beer Cave, Beer coastal walk to Seaton and back, Lyme Regis 17 min drive away.

    Great location, very clean. Sharon and Colin are very friendly, helpful and perfect hosts. The breakfast cooked by Colin each day was exceptional- he clearly takes great care & love with everything he puts on the plate. The ‘single’ room is quite small but with double bed and just enough room on the table for my laptop I was quite comfortable and able to work. Internet was reliable enough for this. All in all excellent value for money and I won’t hesitate to stay again if I’m in Devon (hopefully in autumn!). Thank you both!

    very spacious single room - very clean and excellent facilities. super location - easy to walk to the shops and pubs in Colyton and quick drive to Seaton. Staff very friendly and extremely accommodating ( I had an interview and they provided breakfast earlier than the stated times). Easy to find and ample parking. Great value all round- would definitely stay again.
