Very cozy lodge with amazing views! The log burner is absolutely perfect for keeping the place warm and for creating a relaxing environment. The sauna was fantastic and had an incredible view! I feel like this is a perfect getaway lodge no matter what time of the year, but the sauna and log burner make it absolutely perfect for winter! The hostess was very kind, friendly, and informative of what there is to do around the area. This was my first time using booking.com for a little getaway and it was perfect. Very happy here, will be coming back! Many thanks:)

    It was beautiful , spotless , everything in it that you would need 😁 good size rooms there were 4 in our booking and we absolutely loved it . Perfect location right in the middle of every thing 👍we absolutely loved it . Very reasonably priced and we will definately be booking again to stay there 😁. We were able to meet up with all our wonderful ellesmere family 👍it was fab 🤩

    This is my third stay, the location is ideal especially with the car park, I had booked with the intention of the triathlon which I had to leave due to injury but my husband and I had a lovely weekend in the area.

    Staff were exceptional and more so cause of the problem they were experiencing in the kitchen, no food could be cooked! We still had a delicious breakfast so it wasnt a problem for us. Good location, lovely decorated bedroom which we found to be spotless. We will definitely stay again

    Breakfast was fine. Dinner was excellent. Location was good. Staff were all helpful and room was generally comfortable. Having a proper bath was good but it was not ideally arranged with the shower screen.
