Nigel was very helpful, drove me to the pub for dinner and collected me afterwards and to the railway station the next day. The pod was exceptionally clean and welcoming with all hot drinks and fresh milk, biscuits and cereal provided and perfect poached eggs in the morning.

We booked a stay for one night while walking Hadrian’s Wall path. The owners were very accommodating - they were able to set up a single bed in our room to make it a room for 3. Our room had a large tub which was great for soaking after a long day of walking. Clean, comfortable. Delicious dinner was offered onsite (booked in advance) and breakfast the next morning. The owners made us a packed lunch as well for our next day’s walk. Really lovely stay.

Really superb. Room was very clean and nice decorated. The best shower we had during our vacation. Free milk and water in the fridge. There was even a smart speaker present with amazon music! Extra service for bicycle storage was a plus. Communication with owner was very nice.

Excellent room, staff and location. And a Drying Room for walker’s soggy jackets, boots etc! Very clean, modern and convenient room within the old world Twice Brewed building. Great stay. A Drying Room!!!

    Ideal location for cycling the Hadrians Wall cycle route. Secure storage for our bikes. Nice clean room, good shower, comfortable bed but pillows were hard and uncomfortable, so didn’t sleep well. Evening meal was amazing, best dining experience I’ve had in a long while. Breakfast was equally as good. Will definitely recommend and return.
