A very nice place with a great host and great breakfast! A little beautiful gem and 10 plus for cleanliness! The bathroom gets 10 + too! Most of all we loved the atmosphere that the host Ann creates with her professional and still very kind and warn approach!

Perfect location, literally 60 seconds to the sandy beaches of Hayle. Room was spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed and bedding - the kettle and fridge in the room made it even more enjoyable. Barbara and Paul were amazing hosts and made me feel very well taken care of - the Penellen is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay here again.

The place was lovely, if I could have that property where I live I'd be more than happy. Great location (do need a car to get places but that's fine) nice quiet location, the 2 bathrooms and extra toilet were perfect the place itself was brilliant and I'd definitely stay there again without query. The shower pressures were awesome and no problems with hot water and the heating easy to navigate. Would recommend for sure.

    This’s probably the best holiday home that we’ve ever stayed at. The 3 beds Victorian style house is incredible, very clean, spacious, smells great and the location is absolutely perfect to travel anywhere between 30 minutes to an hour drive.

    So spacious, bright, and very clean! All the family was very impressed. The location was excellent, situated right next to reception should we need anything (which we didn't) beach is 5 min walk in opposite direction and local market is less than 5 minute walk. It's just ideal. Accommodation also has all the requirements for cooking and the washing machine was helpful.
