This is one of our favorite BnB's in Scotland. The room is comfortable, quiet, with a view of the garden. Breakfast is outstanding in a charming room, including a fire in the fireplace when it is colder. The hosts are friendly, helpful, with attention to detail. Jedburgh is nearby and it is not far to many sights in the Borders.

Impeccably presented, very comfortable sofas and bed, and lovely artwork on the walls. Kitchen had everything one needed. And the location is wonderful - sun rising over Jedburgh abbey and, at th end of the day, the setting sun on the rose window - wow! Parking on the doorstep. Hosts have put a great deal of love and thought into the property.

We have now returned to Australia but stayed at the Auld Cross Keys Inn at the beginning of September as we commenced of our trip around Scotland. The Inn and the people and township of Denholm did not disappoint just as was the case six years previously and we were determined on this visit to find that little town we liked so much then. Denhom is a lovely town and the Inn is representative of that - the staff and facilities were excellent and we were made most welcome and were well looked after. I would recommend a visit to all, it will not let you down. Thank you to all at the Auld Cross Keys Inn. We wish you well and if we return at some time to Scotland we will most certainly stay with you again. Best wishes from Helen and Ninian, Humbug Scrub, South Australia

    We received a warm welcome from Sheila and her lovely dogs. The house is beautiful and our room was spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble and it was lovely to have a chat with the owners. They made us feel like family. The location was good, just a 5 minutes drive from Jedburgh town center where there is plenty to do, or if you're feeling more adventurous, Edinburgh is just over an hour away. Thank you Sheila and Peter for a lovely stay and for making us feel so welcome.

    Spotlessly clean, quiet, modern, and well equipped, with easy parking. In a prime location only a couple of minutes walk to the town centre with it's pubs, restaurants, and shops. Jedburgh is centrally located for a lot of the historical sites and towns in the area. Easy drive to Edinburgh, we avoided the hassle of driving into the centre by using one of the Park and Ride sites conveniently located just south of the city, very inexpensive, only £4 each return on the frequent bus service.
