Beautiful location .! The views from the breakfast , lunch room were amazing..! The staff were very freindly and nice. ! It is in a quiet rural setting , but only minutes to town. They had some fantastic home baked desserts..! And , ran out with my pillow , as we were leaving , that i had left behind inour room, Thank you..! Would definately recomend..!

    Helen and Jim are such friendly , welcoming hosts. They have such a beautiful, comfortable , stylish , spotlessly clean wee cottage here at The Smithy. It is by far the nicest place we have stayed in while touring round scotland . It is so peaceful . 😊

    We had a wonderful stay at the Smithy. Jim and Helen provide everything you need and more. The Smithy was spotless, comfortable, airy, spacious and bright. Lovely views as well. Ample space to park off the road.
