very friendly staff, lovely location, easy access to local train and bus services, very close to other amenities and travel into Liverpool only cost £4 return, bed and towels were lush, hot water when showering, very nice complimentary toiletries and very welcome biscuits on tea tray, breakfast was really lovely and quite extensive menu for breakfast and dinner, overall definitely stay again thank you all

We stayed for a night on 11th Nov'23 with family of 7. The place is modern, comfortable and super clean. All the amenities and essentials are as listed/featured in his pictures. It’s located just walking distance to Anfield Stadium. We enjoyed the stay in his apartment and want to come to his apartment again in near future. Without any reservations, we are highly recommending this flat for the people who are keen on quality.

Karl is a fantastic host. He explains everything, he worries about your confort in all senses. He is great. Breakfast is fresh and healthy. The house is located in Bootle, not exactly next to Liverpool's city center, but it is very well comunicated by bus. It is fast and cheap, and Karl explains how to do.

Old Victorian house with amazing style. The room was perfect, very comfortable bed and clean shower. Karl is great host! He is such a kindly person. We had wonderful time there. The continental breakfast was healthy, fruites and granola with yoghurt, coffee and tea. It was a very pleasant trip.
