Lovely decor, design and layout with nicely separated bathroom/toilet area away from main bedroom. Very clean. Warm, friendly reception. We were unaware we booked the same day as Manningtree Christmas Fair so that was a lovely surprise as it brought such a lively atmosphere and lots of stalls, and extra food and drink stands that wouldn’t otherwise have been in town.
