    Location was good, very close to public transport (bus and electric railway). Rooms were clean and had a small fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Nice garden seating area at the back.

    Great location on the main bus route to Ramsey and Douglas. Easy access to Ramsey in a quiet location. Bar open weekend evenings, friendly hosts and lovely accommodation.

    Breakfast was not included so we ordered it only on 2 mornings. The yoghurts and pastries were very welcome, however a half melon filled with strawberries is not the easiest fruit to deal with.

    Really lovely suite of rooms with everything we needed. On the bus route to Ramsey and Douglas with regular, inexpensive service. Great garden at the back.

    The bed was literally the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I loved having a suite so when the weather was bad, I could 'stay home' without having to just sit on my bed - I hadn't fully realised when booking just how spacious and well-appointed the rooms would be. Having a fridge was a huge bonus, not just to store breakfast items, but also I was able to make my own packed lunches to take out each day. I did not have use of a car for my holiday so it was ideal to be right by the bus and tram stops.

    Very comfy. Great location. Lovely couple are Sean and Suzi and I wish them well on their adventure and project ahead! Will definitely stay again.
